Robin Orchard

Robin Orchard, RN, CCM

After twenty years as an Intensive Care nurse in several of Arizona's and Ohio's largest hospitals, Robin migrated to the workers' compensation arena as a case manager for a large national company before starting her own business in 2001. For three consecutive years, Orchard Medical Consulting has won "Best Places to Work", an award Robin is most proud of considering the recognition is solely based on anonymous employee survey results. With Ms. Orchard's leadership, the company has expanded nationally and now has staff in 47 states.

Robin's influence in the business community is evidenced by her having been named:

  • Volunteer Business Workshop Instructor for Fresh Start Women's Foundation

Ashley (Miller) Bronsky

Senior Executive Analyst

Since her start at Orchard in 2003, Ashley has held seven titles in three departments from Administrative Assistant to Arizona State Director. In her current role, she implements innovative solutions to ensure our clients experience a consistent service delivery across 48 states. Her multidisciplinary background in the case management, operations, and marketing departments allows her to make strategic business decisions which positively impact our market share.

Ashley received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Boise State University in 2008 and later completed her MBA from ASU’s W.P. Carey School of Business in 2014. While enrolled in this competitive program for working professionals, Ashley was named the winner of the distinguished Graduate Student Leadership Award out of 150+ graduate students. The employees of Orchard Medical Consulting voted Ashley the winner of the Emerging Leader Award in 2013 and a Lifetime Achievement Award finalist in 2015.

Ashley lives in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband, Brian, and their son, Jack. She serves as a W. P. Carey Undergraduate Student Mentor and has volunteered with Kids’ Chance of Arizona since 2008. Ashley is passionate about international travel, and has stepped on the soil of over 20 countries on three continents.

Spencer French

Vice President of Case Management Services

Spencer was hired in 2006 as a nurse case manager in Utah. He quickly acquired a regional reputation as a vital asset to challenging claims with multiple barriers to recovery. His clinical education experience as a Nursing Instructor at BYU makes Spencer a natural for overseeing all case management activities at Orchard. In his role, Spencer directs his staff of nurses to achieve positive claim outcomes by fostering a culture of critical thinking and continuing education. He implemented an innovative catastrophic training program in 2015, designed to anticipate our clients’ needs for aggressive medical management of complex injuries.

In August 2015, Spencer was presented the Lifetime Achievement Award as voted by Orchard’s employees. Thanks in large part to his leadership and vision, Orchard has realized its highest case manager retention ratio since being founded in 2001. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brigham Young University in Rexburg, Idaho in 2003, followed by his Master of Science in Nursing in 2006.

Spencer lives in Lehi, Utah with his wife, Charlene, and their five kids Kate, Bree, Jake, Crue, and Tyce. He volunteers regularly with the Special Olympics as a Basketball Coach and enjoys watching sports, camping, and traveling with his family.

Danielle Tincker

Danielle Tincker
Vice President of Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Danielle oversees all corporate operations and financial activities. She began at Orchard in 2006 as Administrative Liaison, responsible for providing office support to our case managers in the field. In her successful efforts to alleviate nursing staff from performing clerical tasks, Danielle played a key role in developing Orchard’s competitive advantage which is still maintained today: our case managers spend their valuable time making critical judgment calls rather than typing letters at their desks. This strategy has resulted in significant increases in both client and employee satisfaction.

Shortly after starting at Orchard, Danielle was promoted to Office Manager and then Director of Operations while simultaneously supervising all human resources activities. Her keen talent for coaching and ability to drive high performance among her staff results in the highest level of operational efficiency our organization has experienced since its inception.

In December 2016, Danielle was named the winner of the Lifetime Achievement Award as voted by the employees at Orchard Medical Consulting. She lives in Phoenix, Arizona and has three kids named Jordan, Ashley, and Ryan. She volunteers regularly with Kids’ Chance of Arizona and enjoys playing soccer, hiking, photography, concerts, and spending time with her children at the beach.

Justin Reid

Justin Reid
Vice President of Business Development

Justin leads our Marketing Department to include a talented team of sales reps and account managers. Since starting at Orchard, Justin has consistently exceeded organizational objectives for new business development. His focus remains forming partnerships with industry leaders such that an overall increase in positive claims outcomes is realized. He and his staff analyze the unique needs of each client and communicate the same, building customized guidelines to equip our nurses with the ability to provide a tailored case management experience.

Prior to being hired as our National Sales Account Executive in 2011, Justin worked as a division president for a large, national investigations firm. His tenacity and proficiency for growing an expansion market from the ground up proved to be a fundamental component to his success in case management sales.

Justin received his Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from the University of California, Davis in 2002 on a baseball scholarship. Before entering the work comp arena, he pitched professionally for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Justin lives in San Diego, California with his wife, Julie, and their three sons Riley, Ryder, and River. He has volunteered as a Board Member for Sidewinder Little League and San Diego School Board, and loves playing sports with his kids.

Jessica Dahrling

Vice President of Client Engagement

Jessica Dahrling, has been with Orchard since 2012. In this time, she has held positions engaging with clients in regional and national capacities. In her current role, Jessica oversees the identification of strategic partnerships, geographic growth and retention strategies, analyses of current client relationships, as well as, oversight of onboarding new clients. Under her current leadership, the client services team has developed a reputation for stellar follow up and response. Client retention at Orchard is at an all-time high.

Jessica has been named an “Outstanding Philanthropist” (2015) and “Emerging Leader” (2016) by the staff of Orchard. She serves as a Past President of the Workers’ Compensation Association of New Mexico, where she continues to volunteer to raise funds for the Toby Wright Memorial Scholarship Fund.

Jessica is a graduate from New Mexico State University with her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management (2010). Jessica lives in Las Cruces, NM with her husband, Justin, and their son, Colby. She enjoys traveling, reading, and being outdoors with her family!
